References to ‘you’ refer to individuals who use our website in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

In specific situations, we can collect and process your data with your consent.  For example, when you tick a box to receive email newsletters. When collecting your personal data we will always make clear to you which data is necessary in connection with a particular service.

We use Mailchimp for our mailouts, allowing all contact details to be updated with ease. Mailchimp also gives you the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, and this can be found at the bottom of every mailing we send. You can also email us directly at info@libbys.co if you would like to be removed from our database at any time.

If you have not opted-in to receive marketing from us then none of your personal data will be stored.

You have the right to request a copy of any information that we hold about you and to have that information corrected if it is inaccurate, or have it deleted from our database at any time. To request this information please email us at info@libbys.co.
