References to ‘you’ refer to individuals or businesses who can be legally bound by contracts under the law of England and Wales and who use our website.

 All users who wish to transact on our website, must use a valid credit or debit card, as specified on the website, and provide a valid email address for contact purposes and a valid delivery address.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and us and, by using our website, including placing orders, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Sugar and Gluten Free
To the best of our knowledge, all products that we supply contain no added sugar or artificial sweetener and are gluten free – read our ‘sugar free promise’ and our ’gluten free promise’ for further details. We will not accept liability for the consequences if any of the products that we supply do not meet this condition.

Allergens
Please be aware that the products we provide may contain traces of allergens.

Product Availability
To maintain our high standards, some of our products may at times be limited or unavailable.

Accuracy
Whilst we use reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate at the time we publish it, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy and assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions. Furthermore, the information provided about our products may be changed from time-to-time, so we recommend that you review the product descriptions each time you visit our website.

Placing an Order
Subject to our right not to accept orders – see below – when you complete and pay for an order using our website we will confirm your order by sending you an email, at which point the order becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation/amendment – see below.

We reserve the right not to accept any orders placed through our website, including any orders for delivery to locations that are not covered by our contracts with the organisations used to deliver our products.

Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law for any fraudulent activity or unauthorised use of credit or debit cards or for any fraudulent communications with us, including impersonating any person or entity, making any false statement about your identity or delivery address or for providing false or misleading credit card details when placing an order online.

Delivery 
All orders placed on our website will be delivered by our delivery partners.

Orders placed by 12:00pm will normally be delivered on the next day but there will be no deliveries on Sundays or Mondays or other public holidays. However, this cannot be guaranteed since it depends on factors outside our control.

The standard delivery charge to UK mainland is £5 for orders below £25. There is no delivery charge for orders of £25 or more. 

Cancellation/amendment
You can cancel or amend any order subject to letting us know by phone or email by 12:00pm on the day before delivery.

Links to other websites 
Our website may include links to other websites and advertisements. We do not in any way endorse or vouch for any such websites or advertisements.

Enforceability
If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions is considered by any court or regulatory authority to be unfair, invalid or unenforceable then that provision will be considered and deleted from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the other provisions.

Governing Law
The law of England and Wales governs these Terms and Conditions and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Amendments
These Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy may be changed at any time without notice and will be published on our website. Therefore, we recommend that you review the current Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy each time you visit our website.
