BAKE AT HOME INSTRUCTIONS
All your products will reach you vacuum packed and gas flushed to maintain freshness. You can either refrigerate for up to 7 days and then bake them or alternatively they can be frozen for up to 3 months and baked at your convenience. Always allow products to reach room temperature before putting in the oven.
Pre heat oven to 160C/350F degrees for a fan assisted oven 180C/350 degrees for an unassisted oven or mark 4 for a gas oven. Place the room temperature pain au chocolat on a baking sheet with parchment paper and place in the middle of the oven. Bake the pastries for approximately 10 minutes. Remove the pain au chocolats from the oven and allow to cool for five minutes if you can resist temptation otherwise dive right in but remember they will be hot, delicious but hot!
